A Day in the Life of an Online Data Analyst

In this role you will conduct structured quality audits on spatial and mapping datasets. Your role is to verify evaluate and validate complex geographic and business information using advanced mapping tools and detailed reference materials.

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms search directories and GIS-standard evaluation tools
• Evaluate and cross-reference complex business geographic and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sources
• Perform root-cause analysis when spatial data points conflict across sources documenting the discrepancy with precise reasoning
• Apply detailed evaluation frameworks with consistency and rigor across dozens of geographic business and cultural data variations
• Be open to work across a diverse set of Task Types (e.g. Maps News Audio tasks Relevance)
• Provide structured feedback that helps refine mapping algorithms and improve geographic intelligence

Qualification path

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (native or near-native proficiency required)
• Residency in USA for the last 5 consecutive years

• Advanced analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving ability
• Deep regional cultural and geographic knowledge of USA

Compensation is based on tasks completed and project availability. Estimated earnings may vary depending on task volume and program requirements including quality and productivity in accordance with the programs quality standards and guidelines.
