Online Form Review Assistant

$28 - $30 per hour Remote Part-time or full-time

Check that a submitted form is ready for the next person

In this role you will review incoming online forms for the basic information the next team needs. You will not decide whether an applicant customer or request qualifies for a service. Your work is to notice missing fields unclear attachments and details that do not match the supplied instructions then make the submission ready for the appropriate reviewer.

A form arrives

• Open the assigned submission and check its required fields.
• Compare names and reference details within the material provided.
• Confirm that an expected attachment is present and readable.
• Mark which information is missing without guessing at the answer.
• Use the approved process to ask for a correction or route the item.
• Update the submission status so another person can continue.

Some submissions will be complete on arrival. Others may have an empty contact field or an attachment that cannot be opened. You would identify the specific issue and use the employers instructions for the next step. When an applicant replies with the missing page connect it to the existing submission rather than creating an unrelated record. The useful result is a clear file that a reviewer can understand without retracing the whole email exchange.

Why the details matter

A form can look finished while still being unusable. A name may differ across documents an online checkbox may be left blank or an email address may have a typing error. Your review should follow the stated requirements and stop short of making decisions the form cannot support. If two pieces of information conflict flag the difference and let the appropriate person decide what it means.

The handoff

• Indicate what was received and which check was completed.
• Identify the particular field or file that needs attention.
• Keep supplied documents with the correct submission.
• Leave an item pending when a response is still needed.
• Send a complete file to the designated next step under instructions.

The work is remote and computer-based. You may use a form dashboard email and simple tracking records. Customer service habits help when asking someone to supply a missing detail: the message should be polite specific and easy to act on. Office administration habits help you keep a submission from being mistaken for a different persons file.

The role does not require you to judge eligibility or interpret policy independently.
