You'll engineer autonomous coding pipelines that parse ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS at lightning speed, deliver reimbursement insights with sub-second latency and >99 % accuracy, and tackle the deep-domain challenges that make clinical AI one of the hardest—and most rewarding—problems in tech.Revenue Cycle Manager- Job OverviewAs a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end revenue cycle operations for US healthcare clients. You will ensure efficient billing, coding alignment, claims processing, denial management, and collections while driving process improvements and maximizing revenue realization. With strong expertise in US healthcare RCM, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives to enhance accuracy, compliance, and financial outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, coding coordination, billing, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.Drive process optimization across the RCM lifecycle to improve cash flow, reduce AR days, and enhance clean claim rates.Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in collections, reimbursements, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and billing standards (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS).Collaborate with medical coding, billing, and technology teams to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.Monitor and reduce claim denials by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.Work closely with clients to understand their RCM challenges and provide strategic solutions to improve financial outcomes.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RCM professionals, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLAs.Support client onboarding, transition, and process standardization for new accounts.Qualification: 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for US healthcare.Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes, including billing, coding coordination, AR follow-ups, and denial management.Hands-on experience with US payer systems, reimbursement methodologies, and compliance requirements.Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements for revenue optimization.Experience managing teams and delivering against operational KPIs and SLAs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience working with healthcare technology platforms or RCM tools is preferred..What We Offer: Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package (Health).Opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and AI-driven innovation. xhyhwjd Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented work environment.
