Job DescriptionJob DescriptionShineOne Truck Wash & Polish Shop is looking for a dependable, hardworking Truck Wash & Polishing Technician to join our team. This position will assist with washing, detailing, polishing, and maintaining trucks and equipment while providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Wash and clean trucks, trailers, and other vehiclesPerform exterior detailing and cleaningPolish aluminum wheels, tanks, and other metal surfacesOperate pressure washers, polishers, and other shop equipment safelyPrepare vehicles for polishing and detailingAssist other team members in the wash bay and polish bay as needed.Inspect completed work to ensure it meets ShineOne quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaProperly care for and maintain tools and equipmentFollow all safety procedures and company policiesCommunicate professionally with customers and coworkersPerform other duties related to truck washing, detailing, and polishing as neededQualifications:Previous truck washing, detailing, polishing, or automotive experience is preferred but not requiredWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to work in a physically demanding environmentAbility to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipmentStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workValid driver's license preferredWhat We’re Looking For:We want someone who is reliable, motivated, hardworking, and takes pride in their work. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to the details, and is willing to help wherever needed.Pay starts at $14 per hour and is dependent on experience.
